Taylor Sports Performance (“TSP,” “we,” “us”) operates www.taylorsportperformance.com. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information collected through the website. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to the practices described here and to our Terms of Use.
1. Information Collected Through Our Forms
We only collect the information you choose to provide. Depending on the form, this may include:
- Parent / Get Started form: parent or guardian name, phone number, email address, athlete first name, athlete age or grade, sport, primary training goal, and any message you include.
- Contact form: your name, organization or school (optional), email address, phone number (optional), reason for inquiry, and message.
- City and service-area inquiry forms: name, email, phone, city, and message.
- Recruiter and coach forms (coach contact, academic information, testing results, recruiting package requests): coach or recruiter name, school or organization, title, email, phone, the athlete you are asking about, and your message.
- Partner inquiry form: business name, contact name, email, phone, and message.
When a form is submitted we may also record the page you submitted it from, the date and time, and general referral information (for example, whether you arrived from a search engine or social media) so we can respond appropriately and understand which pages are helpful.
2. Google Analytics and Cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, and which buttons or links are clicked. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this information, including approximate location, device and browser type, and a randomly generated identifier. It does not tell us your name.
We also keep short-lived, anonymous session information (the page being viewed and a random session identifier) so our staff can see current site activity. This is not linked to your name unless you submit a form.
You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Learn more at Google’s Privacy Policy.
3. Embedded YouTube Content
Our Media page includes videos hosted on YouTube. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player, and a video does not load until you choose to play it. Once you load a player, YouTube (a Google company) may set cookies and collect information about your interaction under Google’s Privacy Policy and YouTube’s Terms of Service. We do not receive personal information from YouTube about you.
4. How Information Is Used
- To respond to your inquiry, schedule training, and follow up about the services you asked about.
- To respond to coaches and recruiters requesting athlete information that an athlete’s family has approved for sharing.
- To manage our relationship with athletes, families, and partners.
- To improve the website, its content, and the experience of visitors.
- To protect the site and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
5. How Information Is Stored and Shared
Depending on the form, your submission is handled in one of two ways:
- Stored in our secured database — the Parent / Get Started form, city and service-area inquiry forms, and the coach and recruiter request forms are sent to our website’s own server and saved in a database hosted by Supabase (see Section 6). Only authorized Taylor Sports Performance staff can view these submissions through password-protected, role-limited accounts, and staff access is logged.
- Sent by email from your device — the Contact form and the Partner inquiry form open your own email application with the message pre-filled and send it to our Gmail inbox. These two forms are not stored in our database; the message is transmitted by your email provider and received by Google (Gmail).
We share information only as needed to operate the site and respond to you:
- Service providers listed in Section 6, which host the website, store form submissions, deliver email, serve fonts, provide analytics, and play embedded video. They may only use the information to provide services to us.
- Coaches and recruiters, but only athlete information that the athlete and their parent or guardian have approved for their public recruiting profile.
- Legal requirements, when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of TSP, our athletes, or others.
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to serve you and maintain business records, and then delete or anonymize them. Anonymous live-visitor session records are automatically deleted after a short period.
6. Service Providers
The following third parties currently receive, process, store, or transmit visitor information on our behalf:
- Lovable (lovable.dev) — website hosting, the server that receives form submissions, and the platform through which our database and authentication services are provisioned. Web traffic is delivered through Cloudflare’s global network, which Lovable uses for hosting and content delivery.
- Supabase — database provider that stores parent, coach, recruiter and city-form submissions, staff accounts, and anonymous live-visitor session records; also provides authentication for staff logins (visitors do not create accounts).
- Google (Gmail) — email delivery and receipt. Contact and Partner form messages are delivered to our Gmail inbox, and we reply to all inquiries from Gmail.
- Google Analytics 4 — website usage measurement (see Section 2).
- Google Fonts — the site loads its typefaces from Google’s font servers, which receive your IP address and browser information when a page loads.
- YouTube (Google) — embedded video playback on the Media page, loaded only when you press play (see Section 3).
- Vimeo and Instagram (Meta) — a small number of athlete profile pages embed a highlight video or training post using the platform’s official player, which may set cookies and collect usage data under that platform’s privacy policy.
We do not use Formspree or any other third-party form service, third-party email marketing tools, mapping services, chat widgets, or advertising networks. If we add a provider in the future, we will update this list.
7. Information Involving Minors
Taylor Sports Performance works with youth and high school athletes, so we regularly receive information about minors from their parents or legal guardians. If the athlete is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must submit our forms or authorize the inquiry. Children under 13 may not submit information directly, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
When an inquiry concerns an athlete under 18, our forms ask for the parent or legal guardian’s full name and email or phone, and require an unchecked confirmation box stating that the person submitting is the athlete’s parent or legal guardian or has their permission. We record that confirmation with the submission.
Athlete profile consent. Before we publish or materially update a recruiting profile for an athlete under 18, a staff member records a separate parental authorization covering the athlete’s name, school and graduation year, height, weight, positions and statistics, GPA or academic information, photographs and videos, highlight links, awards and biography, the social-sharing preview image, and sharing the profile with verified coaches or recruiters. That record includes the parent or guardian’s name, relationship to the athlete, contact details, the exact consent granted, the date and time, the consent-document version, the staff member who verified it, and whether photo and video copyright permission was confirmed. Accepting this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Use is not a media release. A minor’s profile cannot be published while parental consent or the media release is missing, pending, or revoked.
What we never publish. Public athlete profiles never display a birth date, home address, personal phone number, personal email address, student identification number, medical or health information, private academic records, daily schedule or precise real-time location, or parent contact information. Profiles may show the athlete’s school, graduation year, position, verified sports measurements, approved GPA, statistics, awards, and authorized photos and videos.
Coach and recruiter requests. Coach and recruiter inquiries are reviewed by our staff only. Submitting a request does not provide direct access to a minor athlete; we coordinate communication with the athlete’s parent or legal guardian. We keep a record of who views, exports, or requests a minor athlete’s information.
We do not offer public athlete accounts, messaging, comments, or user-created profiles. If you believe a child has provided us information without parental consent, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
8. Your Choices: Access, Correction, Withdrawal and Deletion
You may request, at any time:
- a copy of the personal information we hold about you or your athlete;
- correction of inaccurate or outdated information;
- deletion of your information or removal of an athlete profile;
- that we stop contacting you.
Parents and legal guardians may additionally, at any time:
- review the information shown on their athlete’s profile;
- correct inaccurate information;
- withdraw media authorization for photographs, videos, or the social-sharing image;
- request removal of a profile, photograph, or video;
- request deletion of personal information we no longer need.
When a parent or guardian withdraws authorization, we immediately unpublish the affected profile or material while our staff reviews the request. Send requests to championsbuiltdaily@gmail.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity (or your relationship to the athlete) before acting. We aim to respond within 30 days.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections and role-based staff access, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
